I'm just wondering what country court bailiff's can take for a CCJ. Are they allowed to take things on credit/finance? For example Sky Glass TV (on finance with Sky) mobile phones/tablets on contract etc. I've tried googling it but the only information I can find is about cars on finance. Thank you.
I think I've been Hacked by total AV or someone posing as.... It was through PayPal etc. I find it very difficult to sort this out as firstly one can't get through to either Total AV or indeed Paypal.
