My father took out a life policy some 25 years ago. In 2015 he assigned the policy to me as a gift (so outside the 7 year inheritance tax rules). He died last month and I sent the death certificate to Pheonix. They sent me a claim form which included many questions relating to Probate, the Will, names of Executors,…

Wrapper Insure Motorhome insurance
Hi, I found this company via a comparethemarket quote, they seem reasonable and professional enough, but there isn't much information on them. I presume they are a broker and the actual insurance will be with a larger company, but I obviously don't want to go with them and end up with an insurance package that doesn't pay…

Home Insurance
When obtaining quotes for home insurance you have to state what type of property you want to insure for example ours is a mid terraced house but we've got an extension on the back of the house which isn't attached to the adjoining properties on either side. There isn't any option to declare this when getting a quote so can…

Good or bad experiences? Seems a bit too good…

Car Insurance NCB question
Last year my husband who is a named driver on my policy had a prang. He doesn't have his own car insurance so the claim went on my name. The renewal now shows I have only 4 NCD. I queried this because I've gone 16years without a claim. So the answer is that the max ncb for them is 9+. Surely this isn't correct or fair?
