KLM flight cancelled due to Manston Airport closing
I am guessing an airport closing would be exceptional circumstances and I would not be entitled to compensation. Can anyone confirm this? If they can only offer an alternative destination (London) can I claim overland costs to my desired destination? Thank you in advance

US internal flight cancelled, my options?
I booked a return flight from Las Vegas to Heathrow last week, via an online travel agent. Due to the cost of flying direct we choose to fly from LV to LA, then from LA to Heathrow, with a 2.5 hour layover. Flights were confirmed and tickets received. A week later the flight from Las Vegas to Los Angeles has been…

My mobility was wheelchair with assistance to the plane. On the return journey the airport PRM staff left me holding area…

How to receive the payment?
My flight delay claim has been accepted but the (small) airline (based outside the UK) wants me to give them bank details and more etc on a Word attachment they have sent. I have shown this to my bank who has advised me not use it. I requested a cheque but they say they will pay only via bank transfer. The tickets were…

Easyjet - the only flight not to land 8 Mar 14
I would be grateful for any advice on this as it doesn't seem to fit neatly into anything I've read although it does seem to meet Note 10 of the NEB guidelines... Our flight from Reykjavik on Sat 8 Mar 14 was scheduled to leave at 16.15. This was dependent upon the arrival of the Manchester flight at 15.35. This plane…
