First Time Online Grocery Shop?
Hi all I'm thinking of dipping my toe into the waters of online grocery shopping and wondered what peoples' experiences were? I tend to spend more than necessary when I shop in person so it may help me stick to the list. I still plan on getting fresh produce a couple of times a week but I wondered: Are there any dos and…

Money Moral Dilemma: Is it OK to fill my freezer with 'yellow sticker' bargains?
This week's MoneySaver who wants advice asks... I occasionally see large quantities of meat (20 or more packs) reduced heavily in the yellow sticker section. Is it wrong to take all of them and freeze what I don't need today, or should I only take a few and leave the rest so others can get a bargain too? Unfortunately the…

Changing Online Weekly Shopping ?
I'm looking for people's experiences with 3 supermarkets and their online grocery deliveries; Asda, Morrison's & Sainsbury. I need to know about the stock availability, item substitutions, delivery timekeeping and customer service when things go wrong. I do one weekly shop delivered on a mid-week morning currently.

Peppers
I love peppers, though not the green as its too bitter. So why are supermarkets charging more for a pack of three peppers of yellow, orange and red (or 2 of the colours) compared to buying 3 peppers of green, yellow and red? On the rare times I see a pack of their wonky/budget peppers with all yellow, orange and red…

Iceland 6-8am delivery no more?
If I shopped with Iceland I liked the 6-8am slots to get it all sorted and out of the way early in the morning. I’ve noted there are none of these slots available no more? On their site it even states we deliver between 8am and 9pm. When did this change?

Morrisons, 1st Time Click and Collect - Not happy :(
I've had a full year of Tesco deliveries, and never had a problem with substitutions. Not so with my first experience with Morrisons Click and Collect. I know the amount of aggrieved money is only £1.50, but this is a principle thing! The Click and Collect shopping basket came to £106.20, and I authorised payment via my…

Where are the postage stamps sold in Tesco?
Tesco online states they sell stamps but where are they in the store? Tesco has sent me money-off vouchers on a £20 spend so I thought stamps would help me reach that target. I've not seen stamps on the shop floor, do you ask the cashier? buy them separately at customer service? something else? Thanks in advance!

Waitrose stops newspapers on deliveries + Click & Collect pre-3pm - sneaky way to increase profits!
As of now, Waitrose is refusing to deliver newspapers on orders before 3pm - or to provide them on Click and Collect slots before 3pm. See below. Most of the newspapers on these orders are probably going to be free at the moment under the MyWaitrose scheme, so it's a very neat (but sneaky) way of increasing their profits…

Asda Online Favourites List Changing
We shop with Asda online every week and have noticed over the past few weeks that items we store as a favourite seem to drop off randomly. These are items we buy every week. Same items I added again last week have disappeared again. Anyone else noticed this happening?

Do lindt make chocolate for m&s ?
Does anyone know if M&S Swiss chocolate is made by Lindt ? After having Chemo I’ve found out I cannot eat Lindt chocolate without feeling sick. This happened again with M&S Swiss milk chocolate. I wondered if they are made by the same manufacturer or it’s just coincidence.

Experiences with Sainsburys online shopping
Hello It's been a while since I've posted here. I am returning to the UK after a long stay abroad and will have a new place when I arrive. I will need to quarantine so I will be relying on online deliveries. I was wondering if anyone can tell me about Sainsburys deliveries: are they on the same day? Can I have them deliver…

Amazon Prime Morrisons shopping
So if I order from Amazon Prime Morrison's & my item is not available when the shelf picker goes to pick it what happens about substitutes? Do they let you know in advance or is it just "pot luck"? Do you have to pay the subs item price or is it price matched like say ASDA do? I can not find the info anywhere. :/Anyone…

Southern Co-op pull out of reciprocal dividend scheme
If you shop at any type of Co-op food shop, you may need a heads up that the reciprocal divididend scheme is falling apart a little further from 1st April. Southern Co-op will no longer pay dividend on Co-op Group, Midcounties, Central England or Chelmsford Star membership cards. The system has always been utter confusion…
