18866 is there anything cheaper for phoing mobiles?
I notice that I get charged a lot for mobile phone calls in the week on 18866. Also, I have noticed they have craftily moved the tarrif to 4p connection whch is the same as BT. Is it better to use BT for mobiles and is there anything better out there than 18866? Thanks.

1899/18185/18866 Connection problems
Today I keep getting the following message when I dial ANY number on 1899 or 18866. 'This number is not accepting calls at present...please try later'. If we use BT, the calls connect OK. Is it just me? Our bill is up to date and the website is not at all helpful. Cheers
