Avatars - question re the new rules
Does this just mean no flashing or does it mean no animation? I know some people find animation annoying/distracting, while others like it. I have removed my walking elephant avatar for the moment in case it is no longer allowed. (the avatar version was smaller than this) I may just have to train him to stand still! :D

Automated Repsonses From Customer Services
Is it me, but don't you just hate carefully worded letters from customer service departments which have been generated by the head office computer? They seem as if they are responding to your grievance and you go away happy. Only later to discover that the reply you received merely came from a standard response from their…

Under 21 bank account details
Just been wading through your articles on best deal bank accounts for a friends daughter and was ticked off to find most of them only available to over 21's and also needing £1000 per month transfers! Even those you highlight for low earners were not available to under 21's. Some hope of teaching kids to save! Maybe a…

Design of MoneySavingExpert.com
I think the main website needs to go through a face lift. Not to undermine the effort of people who are working on it day and night to support it, but a friendly suggestion that although the content is excellent (thanks to every single member of this website), the presentation is shoddy. Some sample websites are available…

HUKD doubting Martins intentions Re Earthquake Appeal.
Thread here. I'm sure I've read that Martin does not take any profit from this site and these guys just seem to be trading in semantics. Would someone with a lot more knowledge of this site pop over there and put the guys on the right path? Cheers

Any chance of implementing this? I don't report posts anymore as the current system is very fiddly and is a bit of a usability nightmare. It assumes that you have an email account set up, and that the email program you use supports the link (e.g…
