Hi, I have received letters from BPA in regards to a Parking Charge i apparently owe them. I received my second letter from them earlier this week. G24
Someone at Homebase claimed that they can't help regarding a G24 parking charge because G24 own the carpark, this carpark is specific to Homebase only and not shared with other retailers so I find that very hard to believe and assume it's BS. I can't imagine G24 own any carparks, can anyone throw any light on that?

So long story short I got a charge certificate through the post while on holiday for being parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than a carriageway. According to the images on the council website a yellow PCN was attached to the windshield, but when I returned there was nothing,…

Season ticket but no space to park
Getting very fed up with my local station carpark. I have a season ticket but it's often so busy I can't get a space. So then I park out of a bay (not obstructing anyone) and, lo and behold, I get a PCN. And since a local road has recently been made resident's parking, not unexpectedly, the situation has got far worse. I…

Parking to Y Maes (Castle Square), Caernarfon and how to avoid paying parking tickets
For anyone that is interested the signage to Y Maes (Castle Square), Caernarfon does not comply with Chapter 3, Traffic Signs Manual. As such there is a high chance that all parking tickets (PCNs) and especially those issued to the the part of the square by the fountain have no legal standing. I have just won an…

Ukcps pcn
Okay, so I'm posting on behalf of a friend who has received a form on their windscreen. To cut a long story short, the person in question parked in a car park managed by UKCPS and went off site. Within 35 minutes of the car being parked up, the person's car was "ticketed" with a less than official looking form. The form…

Today I drove into town and when I couldn't find a space for my scooter I parked it up over a kerb behind some bollards. I was literally 6 or 7 minutes and when I returned I…
