deleted this
 decided not to post this. Sorry to waste everyones time but I don't want there to be a chance that the father of our grandchild recognises this. I know I know it's probably one in a zillion chance that he will see this but we just want him out of their lives and as we haven't heard from him for about 14 month I…

A Simple Question?!
Hi My partner and his ex have decided to go with a private agreement instead of continuing with the CSA as they are hopeless. My OH has arrears due to re-assessment. If they both consent can the CSA case be closed now? My OH will still re-pay arrears to CSA but will pay weekly maintenance direct to his daughter. So I…

assessed child at uni
Hi, I'm a nrp with an assessment for 2 children. One of them has now left home and gone onto Uni. Does this trigger a full reassessment or does the CSA just remove 1 child from the assessment ? Does anyone know how long this process takes ? I get different answers each time I call to find out. Thanks NoodleDoodle

Advice please
I currently pay the CSA for 2 children under the old CS1 system. My son reaches 19 in May 2008. Will my case then be reassessed under CS1 rules to take account of my son leaving the system or will it be treated as a new case due to the basic change of me having to pay for 1 child instead of 2? Thanks in anticipation.

??? how do they work it out??
We just had our payments re assesed, they went up to £86 per week, we asked for it to be looked at again as they did not take into account travel to work costs or pension. They agreed to re check, and allocated £10.97 per week for our pensions (we pay £101 a month) and £7.00 per week travel (although my husband travels 115…

I am a regular on the dfw board and am living on a shoestring to tackle my debts. :A I, like most of the rest of you probably have, have an ongoing battle with the CSA. My partner is currently paying maintenance for 1 child from previous marriage. He has been re-assessed after being off work due to heart attack where he was only to pay £5 per week as he was receiving SSP. He has now returned to work - hence the re-assessment. My question is - when being assessed do the CSA take into…

2 women 1 baby no case?
Bear with me as this could get complicated :o My husband's ex (let's call her B) was in a same sex relationship (with C) for 2 years. B & C had started IVF treatment in the middle of 2006 but they split up in October '06 due to C's physical abuse of both B and my step-son. Still with me? C went ahead and had her last IVF…
