Spam calls
My number seems to have been sold to some third party. Literally 1-2x an hour, every day, I'm getting cold called about dog insurance, life insurance, accidents I haven't been involved in. Whats the best way to deal with this? What websites have I signed up for to have caused this?

Lebara porting issues
Hi there. I wondered if anyone has experience of what I am currently up against. My son had an Apple Watch cellular with a number on the Truphone network, worked flawlessly for over a year. He now has a phone and we obtained a PAC code to port the number from Truphone to Lebara. Number should have ported 01/03/24 but we…

Replacing an Old IPhone
Hello. Don’t know if anyone can help. I’ve had a hand me down IPhone 6s for about 5 years now and has suddenly started losing power really fast. As it’s such an old model I think just replacing battery won’t do much. I can’t really afford a new IPhone and I don’t trust refurbished ones. What is the cheapest older model…

IMO Q4 battery - miss selling?
MSE recommended this mobile and it met my needs, and that of my family, so I bought three. One key feature was the ability to change the battery.I have recently tried to buy a new battery. Tesco, where I purchased the phones, says it does not sell these batteries. So I searched the web with no luck. None of the specialist…

Last week my wife was wondering why she could no longer text or make calls other than using WhatsApp. Being non technical she thought the issue was with EE as there was an error message…

Phone info minefield - fingerprint sensors
Hi there. My old phones had either a fingerprint sensor on the side or the back but now modern phones seem to have them on the screen. Vodafone contract renewal in March
My contract with Vodafone is up for renewal, and I have found a decent deal to 'upgrade' to. However, if I take this deal now, will I be hit with the April RPI increase in a fortnight? I'm a bit wary about waiting, in case this deal is removed at the end of the month

Switching to RWG mobile?
Due to uncertainties with 1p mobile, I was thinking of moving to RWG. I looked for previous posts, and saw complaints about not receiving the sim, and poor customer service. I had a look on TrustPilot, and the reviews were mixed, many happy but also many very unhappy. I'm a very low usage customer, but would rely on…

data. They also have a 1-year deal for £36 which I have just signed up to. This then gives you unlimited calls

Is EE testing VoNR?
When I make a call while connected to 5G, my iPhone normally switches to 4G for VoLTE and then back to 5G. But I've noticed that in one particular area the phone stays connected to 5G throughout. I know VoNR hasn't launched but is EE testing it?
