refused OD then charged- help!
I applied to increase my overdraft as I'm in a very sticky situation at the mo and my bank (HSBC) refused. I have now been charged £50 for going over my OD limit. Surely this is very wrong! I'm at the stage where I need to write to the bank to tell them about my bank charges that I am claiming for...do I send in a photocopy of all my bank statements? Or produce a list on excel just detailing the charges?, Regards Denise.
