Best Place To Transfer From A Direct ISA
Hi all :) I have £9000 to invest stuck in a NS&I Direct ISA; as the rate is so pitiful can you recommend an easy to transfer to ISA that pays at least 3%. I guess I should probably wait till the next tax year to sort this though right? Thanks again x

Better to transfer to lower rate and use whole tax allowance?
I took out a first direct regular saver isa (interest rate of 7%)in September 2008 which now has £1800 in it.
