Rejected petitions?
If there is something not in order with your petition when you present it and it urges to judge to reject it, are you given chance to explain and rectify the problem before it is rejected or does the judge simply reject it and that's that? I'm 99.9% sure my petition is in order, just have a nagging feeling that if…

Filling in forms online?
Is it possible to fill in your BR forms online if you've already received them through the post from your local court...or do you have to be pre-registered through the IS website? Just asking because I keep making little mistakes and think it's going to end up as a case of one original and two photocopies the way i'm…

Will I be stuck in this situation forever - paying debt via CCCS?
Hi, We finally faced up to our debts last August and with the help of the CCCS have got arrangements to pay off the credit card and loans at £105 per month. Our debts are about £70-80,000 (not incl mortgage), so as you can imagine it seems as though it will take forever to pay it off. What I was wondering is - will we have…

Car valuation...
How do I find out the value of my car if it's older than a P plate, i've tried the parkers site and if you're car is older than a P, you have to pay for a valuation and it's my understanding that the OR uses parkers as a guide for valuation. I tried the What Car website and it doesn't have my actual model on there. The car…

The End of the Long and Winding Road
Good morning all, After 12 long and agonising months we have this morning received our Automatic Discharge; there were times when I doubted that we’d ever see it, let alone an early discharge. It’s now almost a year since my first post on this web site, in fact I never expected to use the site more than a couple of times;…
