Bank charges reclaim from Halifax
I bank with Halifax and I need to reclaim some bank charges (don't know the exact figure yet) but I wondered if anyone has done that successfully via the Halifax. I have been told that the Hlaifax will go to court to avaoid paying back the chargs. Anyone had any experience?
