I went back to an old job and told them what I need to come home with, no problem there, question is does the employer have to pass on the national insurance savings or can she use the savings to pay less towards salary whilst still giving me my original salary?

Hi All - is my employer allowed to have a sales leaderboard that is distributed to the whole company which has a list of the entire sales force along with how they are performing against their individual targets?
