Same song, different words.
Several times each day, almost every day, I am forced to follow TalkTalk's "Assist & Go"'s recommended procedure to get connected. I did NOT sign up for this inconvenience. Furthermore at the end of this frustrating procedure, connection isn't always successful and I am left with no alternative but to repeat the routine…

Hi there. I've had my computer for about 2 years now and the chap that built it for me loaded Norton Antivirus software which appears to be working fine. NTL/Virgin and Moorcroft Debt Recovery
I seem to have ended up in a dispute with NTL/Virgin and I'm not sure how to handle it. A quick summary: I used to have NTL broadband but cancelled it around August to move to an ADSL account elsewhere. Subsequently I have received bills from NTL saying I owe them nothing. So far so good. Then (in Feb, I think, might have…

Broadband to possibly be reduced in price.
"Cheaper broadband packages could be on the way following BT's decision to slash the cost of its wholesale pricing for high-speed net access. BT said it would cut the amount it charges other internet service providers by 9 per cent on 1 May, which could in turn allow the ISPs to charge consumers less."…
