BW legal "Letter of claim"
I've been receiving similar letters asking for details and so far I've ignored them. I'm clear I was parked on our own property and had permission from the land owner. This letter talks about county court more and has some sample costs? If this ends up in the county court surely the court would have to contact me so I can…

DCBL Letter of claim
A few days ago I received a “letter of claim” from DCBL on behalf of Total Parking Solutions. I have emailed them (dcbl) a dispute letter now but I remain unsure as I don’t really understand the newbies thread sadly. The letter doesn’t include any formal documentation but rather just a “28 days to pay” asking for £140.

Horizon Parking - Tesco. Appeal?
At our local Tesco a row of car parking spaces had some barriers along the front end (where your front wheels would be) making the spaces a bit short. So to make use of the space safely 2 cars had chosen to park sideways covering 2/3 spaces. Seemed a sensible idea to me so I joined in. Sadly, I got a parking charge notice…

Unfair CEL PCN?
Hi all, I received an NTK from CEL for a parking that I regularly use. I didn't realise until I received this PCN that the parking was controlled by the ANPR. There is no clear signage to state that the parking is controlled by ANPR. On one of the board on the entrance to the car park in a very small font they do state…

I have a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal for a short overstay at McDonalds about 8 months ago. After speaking to the McDonalds manager, they emailed UKPC asking to cancel the parking charge. Advice wanted regarding Letter of Claim from DCB Legal
Earlier this year, I arrived one day at a car park managed by GroupNexus to do some shopping. Came back just over 2 hours later and went to pay the parking fee. The signs stated that I could pay at anytime that suited me as long as the bill was settled prior to departure. I'd exceeded the 2-Hour free period, but should've…
