Minimum wage
Hello new 2 board, Does anyone know if this is illegal or legal in law. The csa take £15 a week from my wage of £38. Basically £5 a week for the child and £10 odd for the arrears leaving me £23. Is this legal - I now the 40% thing is I was thinking more like the legality side of it really. Hope someone knows the answer Ta!

financial loss
I contacted the ICE and the CSA have admitted maladministration and will be sending me a compensation payment. Yesterday on radio 4 they were talking about claiming interest on arrears accrued when an orgainsation has been acting with maladministration. Has anyone done this with the csa - any advice ?
