What happens to overdraft (merged)
Can a bank demand that you pay back an overdraft if they close your account after reclaiming charges? My overdraft is £2500 and the charges wouldn't cover that (assuming I get them back!) Likewise, I want to reclaim cc charges but am not in a position to pay off the balance so am I still ok to claim? Thanks
