Another busy day today. We decided to take the dog to the coast.
With that in mind we had a light breakfast of scrambled eggs on toast and foolishly though we could get fish and chips for lunch. We'll that didn't go well. At least we remembered a flask of coffee. We did manage to grab a burger from Burger King which was about the only thing open. We should have waited while we got home really. It wasn't great.
Dinner later will be enchiladas made with the leftover pork from yesterday's roast.
Back to work tomorrow. At least its only a four day week.
£393 sent to the motorhome HP loan today. Not a no spends day today. I have had to go and pick some loo roll up this morning, that has shot up in price as well.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was crumpets, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is jerk chicken thighs with rice and vegetables.
That looks like a happy dog 😄 Pity about the fish and chips. There were more places closed than I expected. Even the little corner shops that are virtually open 24 hours stayed closed until 5pm here.
January spends £468 - February spends £410 - March spends £430 - April spends £582 - May spends £1076 - June £90
He would have been happier if he could have been off his lead but a little yappy dog kept coming and bothering him so we didn't risk letting off or he might have snapped at it.
I'm sure we will find a few beaches for him to run riot on in the next couple of weeks
Not a no spends day today. It is a nephews birthday on Saturday when we set off on holiday so we are dropping him a card of with £20 in there.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is bangers and mash with some lovely sausages from the farm shop.
Tonight's jobs are:
walking the dog
delivering the card
load of washing (which will have to dry in the spare bathroom. Might stick the heating on to help it along a bit)

It was lovely weather for a walk on the beach. A nice fresh breeze and sunshine.
Good drying weather for the loaf of washing this morning as well.
We have been looking back through the pictures of the queen's procession. Such a grand send off befitting of her presence in all our lives.
