Ouch to the leccy bill - glad you have the £ to pay.
I really enjoyed growing potatoes in 2020. Should probably go back to it!
Adriene's yoga stuff is brilliant - I originally tried one of the early 30 day challenges a few years ago and couldn't get to grips with it at all - I found it really hard to follow and got frustrated because I had to keep looking at the screen - not ideal. During lockdown 1 someone I know recommended the "Breath" 30 day challenge though, and I realised that her vocal cues have improved massively over the years - I followed that one through with no issues and have done most of the others now too - I'm currently working on "Move" after a late start due to being away.
I think we're all feeling it a bit on the energy costs aren't we - it is a bit of a sting!

We'll it's been an expensive couple of weeks! 🙈 dishwasher died first, then the boiler, then the vacuum cleaner!! 😲 I've had to cover it all from savings which is fine but we will need a new boiler this year and because of the new regulations we'll also need a new oil tank - savings wise it's a massive hit and as I'm seriously considering leaving work it's a total inconvenience 😔 I'll have to put the plans on hold for the time being and build the buffer again!
Oh well, could be a million times worse so I shouldn't complain!
I'm not doing well on the self-care either - tbh, it's been such a pain in the butt couple of weeks I've just put it on the back burner. I'm going to get through this week and start over next week- I could start now but my new vacuum isn't arriving until Friday and the house is stressing me plus I have my grandbaby at the weekend so will be too busy to do much else! 😍 I'm going for fabulous February!! 😉
Food is going well though - I'm buying fresh stuff but mainly using stuff from the stores- it's helping with the debt neutral fund savings so at least that's something 😊

Another £200 to the debt neutral fund today - February will be an expensive month but I'm hoping that I can keep the grocery expenditure down so that I can keep it going! 😉

I'm starting well - I've done some yoga, drank plenty of water, had a healthy lunch and organised my paid work (currently on lunchbreak). Tonight I'll defur and exfoliate then have a pot of sleepy tea and an early night 😊
Finance wise, we've got the prices for replacing the boiler and oil tank - we'll do it early summer if the old one doesn't pack in before then- so I'm hoping to tolerate work for another couple of months so that we don't decimate our savings! In all honesty it's not been too bad over the past week so if it stays like this I should be okay 😉
