Old favourite beef bolognese tonight, I've used up some bits and pieces from freezer in it, half a chopped onion, some mushrooms, spinach and grated carrot, plus the end of the bottle of red wine I have in for cooking. Will do with some spaghetti and garlic bread.
I made a huge bolognaise pasta bake last night so we’re having the rest of that (not convinced pasta bake freezes well) - yesterday with veg, tonight with garlic bread and salad.

I have some slightly sad veg left to use up before tomorrow’s food shop and I discovered a tin of corned beef in the cupboard …. so I have whipped up a batch of pastry and will make a corned beef and vegetable pie for tonight (and tomorrow). Haven’t made one of those for absolutely ages!

OH - great brain nudge @kerri_gt! We've got a pack of chicken/turkey gravy bought for Christmas. I'll check the BBF date and then maybe we can have it with the Lidl swedish meatballs and chips and pretend we've been to Ikea!!
