I clicked the link in my email, and changed my default from Visa to a MasterCard already registered. No sign of any cashback/reward. Supposed to happen automatically.

Me too, kept checking yesterday after following link. Made debit visa default payment, expected second e-mail to follow but nothing yet.

When I click the link in the email it shows a Visa Debit as my default card, even though that is not my default payment method and I only added it due to selling on Amazon Marketplace requiring an additional card.

I've seen nothing about a £10 for switching even though all my recent orders have gone on a Visa Credit Card.

Doesn't work if you had a debit card registered previously even if it wasn't the default payment method.

I dont think it supposed to, it’s only if you had a default visa CREDIT card as your default.

Default payment WAS visa credit but debit card had already been registered as a secondary payment option. Swapping them over doesn't work. A debit card NEVER registered before is required.

Not sure this is right either i had a Visa credit card registered as my default card, then changed it to my Visa debit card but still no £10 , so i went on on-line chat to ask about this, in the end had a phone call from Amazon the guy explained because it was still Visa i wouldn't get the £10 , i tried saying on their website it says they wouldn't be excepting Visa credit cards but to no avail so gave up

Looking around, it seems like it’s Visa itself that’s the problem. So say a Nationwide debit card, or any other rather than Visa would have gotten the payback credit with Amazon.
