   Why did the OP get encouraged to send a pointless reply to BW Legal, to get a pointless reply back from BW Legal...(rhetorical question and no I don't want to debate it). 
  
  This is just wasting the OP's time and as predicted, he is back showing us the pointless reply from BW Legal like it's important.

  I don't think misleading is the word, if anything they are misleading themselves about how effective the code of practice is for the motorist 
  Let's face it, no motorist belongs to an ATA ..... It's this nonsensical joke they continue to spout that leads to double recovery and abuse of process
