  • Hi,

    Can anyone advise what the best route is to achieve the Protective Award Claim? Is it better to claim on your own or use a solicitor. Concerned that there may be hidden charges that crop up at the end.

    Any advice welcome!

    Hi, i just wondered how you got on in your claim I'm in very similar position and about to embark on the same journey after being made redundant friday with no consultation or anything there is approx 43 people across the country that had this done.

    Did you get a solicitor on board?
