    Today I got a letter saying they had resolved my complaint, but could not send to my current address as it is not the one that was registered last on the account. Strange as on the phone I had to confirm current plus confirm address of account on closure, plus on email ID was sent...So tomorrow have to travel to nearest natwest to collect letter :/

    It was a cheque for fees plus interest. A very nice letter apologising for the inappropriate account, and that when he looked at the records he understood why I had believed at the time that the account was necessary.
