Thank you for the voices of support with my debt busting.
Today I: had a 'free' breakfast and 'free' morning snacks.
I have diaries all of my food. It is not a ntd because I'm staying with my mum and Dad. (Need more control!) also, reducing my bread intake (and other associated carry foods, left me feeling really hungry today. I know it will pass, in time, but I need to be in my own house to really deal with it. Will see how I get on at work for the next 3 days, I can definitely track my spends.
Money wise:
Haircuts for Pickle and I (£40) bus fairs and a couple of bits for work this week.
Tilly tidies made.
Good night all

Crazy long work day yesterday - left home at 8am, went to bed at 11pm. Two more days to go.
Yesterday was a nsd though and a ntd (need to update my food diary though)
Question for those of you who have reduced food intake - is the excruciating headache normal? Proper migraine style.
I haven't cut out sugar completely. But As a consequence of the no sweet treats approach it has obviously reduced. How long will it last? I guess I need to get through it?
I'm drinking plenty of water, so I don't think it's that.
Any suggestions?
Thank you

Hetty, when I left home yesterday.
Wees are fine.
Poos are in pants
Overnights are dry, unless you fall out of bed, roll under the bed, get stuck wake up and can't get out.
He is doing so so well. He will get the poo thing eventually. Thank you for asking.

I've seen you have a bad day Hetty, grrr to cars. Hope tomorrow improves for you.
Headache is still lurking. But it has been a ntd. The big bar of chocolate is still in my bag - I've not even attacked the huge bar of chocolate in my bag as yet. I am not going to do it. Food diary needs updating. Job for the morning.
Not a nsd as I've bought a book for Pickle for his birthday. Supply pay slip for Friday has been received. £3.20 more than expected. Not bad.
Last conference day tomorrow. Then home (to mum and dads) hopefully it will be a good day.

Supply money was paid on friday, most into savings, shrapnel into the mop pot.
Not sure what today holds, but I can see more washing and unpacking in my future.
Have a good day.
