Hi everyone
I did read through the newbies forum but unless I missed it there wasn't an answer to my question, which is..

UKPC are taking me to court on the 15th May 2019 (15 days away) and like a numpty I just realised i'd served my posted WS and Def to SCS Law.

Unless this will actually be OK I guess I'll need to serve UKPC as well, can this be done by e-mail?

Can only find [email protected] as an e-mail address though.
If e-mail will be ok I can get it straight off and hit the deadline...

Hoping for good news :)

Are SCS Law acting for UKPC?

If so, you have done nothing wrong.

There is a box on your Claim Form called Address for sending documents and payments. Is that where you sent the stuff?
  • Yes, it all went to their Canada Square address.

Is it worth serving UKPC directly as well though? crossing i's and dotting t's as such?

No need to do that. You are worrying about nothing.
  • Cool... only whether my defense holds any water to worry about then :/

What evidence did you include with your WS and did you take it in person or post a file to the local court, clearly marked with the claim no. and hearing date?

Courts have form for losing stuff - the hearing date helps focus their attention IMHO.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
