e: and of course i submitted it in the standard box, not the button, so no full board for me. I wish they'd stop that rubbish.

I feel your pain!!! It took me 3 days before I actually saw a code in time and then entered it in the correct way, to complete the board.

Am I the only one that has been having lots of issues over the last week or so? Games won't load, just a blank white box; Watch is just a blank black box, credits the video as watched, but have to push it on manually, as there is no actual video to watch. And this is the same on both Firefox and Chrome and on two different computers.

No search wins at all on Thursday, and only managed one yesterday, have done nothing different to usual, and I normally get at least two, often three wins a day.

Very frustrating and struggling to reach even the first target.

Nope, you're not the only one...

1. Games won't load, just a blank white box (last few days were O.K., no luck today, though).
2. Watch is just a blank black box, credits the video as watched, but have to push it on manually, as there is no actual video to watch (so I watch one video and leave it as it's not worth wasting my time...).
3. One 4 SBs search win per day for me.
4. Virtually no surveys.
5. 20 SBs today (19/4: 48; 20/4: 23; 21/4: 58; 22/4: 70, frustrating...).

Very poor indeed...

Games stopped working for me several days ago (Chrome/Edge/IE), tried Zoom, incognito, flash settings etc and nothing has made any difference which is annoying as they provided an easy £25 a year (The "pairs" game still works but that takes far too long to play)

The first time I tried, it didn't work, but the second time it did seem to work, I'm just not sure I've completed it correctly as I can't find the £1 gift card in my balance.
Has anyone else followed these instructions successfully and would be able to tell me how to check on the £1 gift card please? I receive the email confirmation, but that's it, the £1 seems to have disappeared. I'd like to sort it out before I try it with any more £1s.
Sorry if I'm just being stupid.
