I guess most people will have seen that promo code through the notifications, but it's the first one I've seen, so if they're usually posted elsewhere I'd be glad to see more of them in that thread!

Has anyone successfully used the 'Real-time shipment of one gift card' in their member recognition yet?

The notes state :-Real-time shipment will apply to rewards of up to $25. Subject to availability. Excludes PayPal, Visa and Physical Gift Cards. This is a Sustained Benefit. In order to sustain and continue receiving this benefit, you must earn at least 2,500 SB within 6 months of reaching this level.

I redeemed a £10 Mastercard on 23/04, my member recognition shows 1 available and 0 used for the month so I was expecting almost immediate delivery. Time for a support ticket or do you think Mastercard should have been listed in the exclusions along with Visa?

I have used the real time in March & april, one for Amazon & one for M & S.both instantly paid.
I think you are probably right about Mastercard being excluded, same as Visa as they are maybe cash cards rather than tied to a specific retailer

Yep, just order a gift card and it comes instantly. Begs the question of why they can't do that all the time like other sites instead of making us wait a week....

Thank you, good to know that it works and it's probably that Mastercard are excluded.

Yes, I agree. 'can take up to 10 businees days' is poor. There was a time when it was almost next day delivery but it's more like next week these days :rotfl:

You then log into PayPal, choose to add a new card and enter these details. Then when you transfer money to another PayPal account (I transfer to my wife's) you can choose that card as the payment method and it will transfer the money without charges.

When I tried to add the card, it told me I had entered an incorrect billing address. What am I supposed to use for the billing address?
