Seems as though someone didn't know the company's rules as I have had no problem with printed coupons in my branch. Don't be put off using them because of one incident.
My local sainsbury's never take internet coupons. They don't trust customers in that store. They think every coupon customers try to redeem are fake. I have given up with that store now. The staff haven't a clue!
