Great news on all the sales! It's good motivation to keep on listing when you see the money coming in.
RE: the house, i feel your pain. Our house needs a lot of attention - one previous owner since the house was built in 1980 and I don't think she ever decorated or did a single home improvement in the whole time she lived here. We've been here almost 4 years and although we've freshened the place up with a lick of paint and getting rid of the worst of the manky, nicotine sticky carpets, there's still a mountain to be done. Every room needs attention and the bathroom, toilet and kitchen all need ripped back to the bare walls and started again. These big jobs will have to wait, but we are the same as you, trying to save for bits here and there and trying to achieve some quick wins when we can.

Indeed
It's frustrating not being able to do stuff isn't it. However, it's nice to know that eventually we'll make it ours and it could be lovely.
It's definitely motivational seeing the sales come in, it encourages me to do more listing
Thank you! I'll agree once I've finished the packing and ebay postage starts working properly  :rotfl:
And I've just sold another 3 items. I don't know whether to laugh or cry :rotfl: :rotfl:
Took the kids to a couple of boot sales this morning. Behaved reasonably
I took them to the park, and I've also done my run today. I'm on week 6 of couch to 5k so keeping at it, though it's getting harder to stay motivated now it's darker in the mornings.
So, I haven't been packing all day, though it certainly feels like it!
POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18
POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.05
I print all my postage at home and drop it at the sorting office lol, I wouldn't be so cruel. I can just hand in the sacks and they stamp my proof of posting, so much easier!
