Has anyone ordered lenses from "Pure Optical"?

Hi folks,
Just wondered if anyone had any experience of using the website Pure Optical for ordering contact lenses?

I can't find any independant reviews of them online. I usually order a whole years worth of lenses in one go (about £400) so I'd like to have some seen some kind of feedback before using a company for the first time.
They are coming up as the cheapest company for what I am after though (Although if anyone has any other recommendations I'd love to hear them? I've alreay read the MSE article on the subject and tried those sites ie. Asda, Contactlenses.co.uk, FeelGoodContacts, Tesco, etc).
I am ordering Acuvue TruEye daily disposable Silicon Hydrogel lenses, 360 pairs.

The fact you've received a refund so quickly is not a bad sign, if there are supply issues with a product, perhaps it's better they do that than leave you hanging around for an extended period.
I too was a little nervous about using Pure Optical as you say, the prices are the cheapest online. I have been using them now for about 4 months and they are excellent. I've placed 4 orders with them and it is a really professional service. The web site is easy to use to with a handy 're-order' facility.
I'd highly recommend them.

Obviously no reason to be suspicion of your glowing review given your extensive posting history.
Pure Optical send you a reminder to re-order and you can do a one click re-order which is convenient. Accessing your online account is simple to track history of your purchases and they also give you points everytime you order, which you can use against your next order once you've accumulated enough. So I managed to get a small discount on my last order.
The only thing I did notice was their address. I was intrigued by the PO Box address and the postcode they used as it stated Hook in Hampshire, but surprised to find it's actually in Reading, Berkshire. The postcode is an old deleted Royal Mail postcode. Infact they're based very close to the area of Reading I used to live in...which is nowhere near Hook lol. I'm not sure if this is anything to be concerned about but I'm receiving the correct lenses and at a good price so I'm happy for now
We have been using them since August 2017 to order Acuvue Oasys 1 Day lenses, with no problems at all.
YMMV of course, but there is an actual phone number you can ring them on if you do need to contact them, rather than just by email, and you can always, of course, use Chargeback should they suddenly become unresponsive (or section 75 on a credit card if you have bought over £100 of lenses for some reason).
I placed an order. I received item. Packaging seal was weak and the strip that is usually on the box securely was not on there therefore i believe the item was already opened before i received it from the seller. I received the wrong prescription which was a human error when placing order on the website. I contacted seller regarding the issue and returned the item in original packaging, sent back same as received. Requested a full refund or a full replacement to be sent out to me. This was denied by the seller. This is my basic customer rights. I have not been unfair and have tried to reason with the seller with no success. Seller claims i had opened the box and could not receive full refund back - this is a lie and a trap so i don't get my refund or a replacement. I have made this purchase with my hard earned money just to get this which i do not deserve.
Believe me when i say this - Low prices for Low level customer service. Do not fall for the glitter and glamour of the prices. Yes it is really cheap, cheaper than other websites for lenses but if there ever is any issues for example you have ordered wrong ones as you're a human and make mistakes then forget about receiving a new order without paying more and forget about getting a refund because you ain't getting it. All they care about is sales rather than good customer service they don't care about a unhappy customer. I have researched the company and it is some entrepreneur testing the waters and running own company - can't run s* with attitude like that towards customers. Such a s*itty service. You receive a reply every 2 days. It's already frustrating trying to get your money back or receive a replacement after returning wrong item, another thing waiting for a response argh!!! literally non existent communication with seller.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HELP OTHERS BY LEAVING A REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT SO OTHERS DON'T GO THROUGH WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH BUT PURE OPTICAL KEEP REPORTING IT AND GETTING IT TAKEN DOWN.
THEY ARE WITH HOLDING MY MONEY WHICH IS DISGUSTING AND IT'S MORE OR LESS LOOKING LIKE A FRAUD AND SCAM AT THE MOMENT!!!
