Assuming ovens are about the same size then all things being equal will use the same amount of energy to heat the oven to the required temperature. Some may use 2000W for a shorter amount of time than one that uses 1500W, but the net result will be the same energy consumption.
Likely the only thing that can make a difference is the quality of the insulation of the oven. Better insulation resulting in less energy leaked into the room. That said, the savings are insignificant as opening the door once during a 30 minute "bake" will negate any savings any amount of insulation could have made anyway.
