Adverts where images used don't match the product?

How dodgy is this?

Picture shows a DCD796N, but the items for sale is a DCD785M1
Ok so when you click on the banner advert the correct product does eventually show, but this is click bait?

    I'd imagine if you ordered you'd get the product stated rather than the picture. Either way even if it did match up, you'd be able to return without issue anyway owing to distance selling regulations. If you wanted postage back you could mention you didn't get what you were expecting and assuming the customer service has enough common sense, they'd refund everything without issue if you were charged postage.
