Does anyone recollect when in November these changes come in.
I have an old Tesco finest platinum card.

Boohoo! Got my letter this morning.
What to do? Which one do I change to now? I only got the Tesco Credit Card because on average I spend about £1K a month and I always paid in full and it was nice to get the Tesco clubcard points.
I've tried having a little look around and all these APR rates and cashback things have given me a headache.
Do I just use my bank card from now or are there any fabulous-tastic credit cards out there?

If you do not do anything else you will still be better off using your Tesco credit card than your bank card. Spending £1k will still get you 125 clubcard points per month.

I've just received my clubcard statement to find a really low Tesco Bank amount of points from my credit card. I'm sooooo cross.
I have not received any letter from them and it's a complete shock.
Having phoned them they said it was in a statement, then she changed this to a separate letter around September.
It's not on my clubcard account online, my credit card statement, on any receipts in store or in my clubcard letter and hasn't been over the last few months. I've received no email about it either.
She said that's Royal Mail's fault. How convenient. Surely just before a massive Christmas spend a company as large as Tesco could find more than one way to notify customers. They should be completely transparent.
Does anyone have a copy of the letter? I've raised a complaint and have asked to take today as notification of the changes as they have numerous ways of contacting customers.

OP I'd suggest you take a look here:https://yourcommunity.tescobank.com/t5/News/Changes-to-Clubcard-benefits-for-credit-card-users/m-p/2180#U2180
In store spending attracts 5 points per £4 of spending (on qualifying purchases). Out of store spending is now 1 point per £1 of qualifying spending.
Other credit card lenders (such as Capital One, M&S Bank etc) have also cut or reduced their credit card rewards on the back of the EU ruling.
Rest assured others will follow suit in the coming weeks and months (or follow Santander and increase/introduce an Annual Fee).

I think there might be a typo there. is it not 1 point per £8 spending out of store?

I wonder if M&S will change theirs?
I've just taken out their card for a big purchase on a long 0% on purchases offer. It was the best spending card offer at the time, but at the time their reward points scheme didn't compare well with the tesco one for me.
