I've never done Mr T there's not one near me and always find it looks expensive if I'm in another town. There's a Mr T in bradford that is like something I've never seen with a huge section of Asian produce like 10litre drums of oil, 30kg of rice (its in packs as big as builder's sand) etc.

We also made marshmallow snowmen, very simple, using a large chocolate button and small marashmallow for the hat, two large marshmallows for the body and an edible red lace for the scarf, all attached to a cocktail stick. Lots of fun.

I'm new and have been following your thread with interest. I saw your signature and just wanted to say that if you become mortgage free by 35 you will be a hero to me. I'm 36 and am only just starting my journey so you just seem totally amazing to me.
Nice to meet you
jeanangeo
Lovely to meet you jeanangeo please come and play:)
I'm unsure about 35 to be honest, I have a pretty limited income and no extra time to do any more hours. I'm not sure I could hack another lodger either - but who knows.
I'll keep plodding though and definitely should be MF by 40, which I'd be pleased with. When I started with an aim for MF by 35, I had the ex and didn't want to deviate from the goal but you have to be realistic when your a single mum of three.

It's been a long road to this, as started trying to remortgage back in April, really didn't think anyone would ever give me a loan. Then there's been problems with the title on the house, getting ex off the deeds, survey nonsense.
Since I employed a specialist broker at the end of August it has gone quicker, mortgage offer 18.9 - and completed today 8.12 - so just less than three months.
I'm awaiting the letter through the post with my new mortgage amount but with broker figures, solicitor fees added it's approximately £56870.
Here's to clearing it asap:beer:

Congratulations on the remortgage especially as it seems things have been difficult
My deal is a 3 year fix at 2.54%, if I overpay by £500 a month I'll be MF in 6 years. This is my aim!
