Urgent help needed with Mint Jelly

Help, I am boiling the apple liquid as per Choclare's recipe (allow 1lb sugar for every pint of juice) to make the jelly. It has been simmering for about 15 minutes and not 'turned'. I've just looked at the sugar bag and its Light Cane Sugar - made with cane sugar AND Sugralose. What shall I do? Add more sugar, go and buy another bag?
