A year ago my Bank took me to court to get a repossession order on my property. They failed to get an Order as the Judge said they had not followed correct procedure on first hearing which got adjourned and then the second time had not explored all avenues to stop it going to court. The judge awarded a Judgement on Terms I think it was called whereby no order was made for repossession at all and I had to just keep up regular payments every month and if they wanted to go for repossession again they would have to start afresh.

I just received my annual mortgage statement and I see I was charged nearly £1,000 in solciitors fees in respect of the court case. As they were not successful in securing a respossession order am I entitled to claim back some or all of the fees by any chance please does anybody know?
