I too wanted to find a way to pay off my mortgage. I read other people's threads to get some ideas. However, instead of overpaying, what I've done is downsize, well I say downsize, it's the same size house, just in a much cheaper area.
So that's my journey complete, every brick and blade of grass (and weeds) officially belong to me now.
Nice feeling innit.
