  I am thinking hammersmith but hear the price rise150k. In a year
  I feel I should buy a 600k 2 bed flat as was left some money for a deposit any ideas on what you would do

  Buy a large semi in Bromley (Bickley, bromley south, west wickham, hayes and beckenham) with a large garden for £600k. Very nice area to live in, good shopping scene, good schools and under 30mins to London depending on the station you choose.

  There is more to life than increasing its speed.
