I have heard that NatWest will have to pay back their customers who were miss sold bank accounts with monthly charges, that had benefits like free insurances, has anyone else heard this?

Not seen anything in the financial press.

Banks have high mis-sale ratios on these types of accounts and people who believe they were mis-sold can complain. However, I am not aware of any automatic process and there hasnt been any ruling that says they have to refund them.

No. I haven't heard it either.

Where did you hear it? Down the pub perhaps?...

Don't tell me you read it somewhere on the internet ...
