One of the points they make is no charge for emergency credit on prepay meters. As far as I am aware no companies make a charge for this so their selling tactics seem iffy.

She's sent emails but had no response & visited other outlets in an attempt to get a replacement key one of which said that she'd try to put it on a British Gas key?? She was then informed that the code she'd been given was for Eon so to try one of their outlets but as of yet she has been unable to....
If anybody has any advise on this matter it would be greatly appreciated Thanks!!
