    However, only some with a buy-to-let mortgage can complain to the Ombudsman.
    This is because buy-to-let mortgages aren't regulated, meaning the Ombudsman can't look into complaints about them...
    Is it just me again?

    I guess it was supposed to be 'residential' in the first line, not 'buy-to-let'.

    IMO, MSE desperately needs a proofreader at last.
    We are born naked, wet and hungry...Then things get worse. :(

    Generally speaking they can't, however as the article goes on to say, in some circumstances they can.

    Still leaves 12,000 affected borrowers.
