Sky - e-mail problem

I use Outlook Express for my e-mail and can send and receive - well most of the time anyway! But....... there seems to be a block on certain e-mails and I'm not sure if I can alter it myself or if it's just another Sky gremlin. I booked some flights the other day with Jet2 and clicked for the confirmation e-mail to be sent to me but it never arrived. Logged back in the day after and requested a copy which....you guessed it.....never arrived. I logged back in and requested it to be sent to my previous e-mail address and it came within seconds. Had the same problem when I tried to join SkyUser site - the activation e-mail just never arrived. frown.gif Anybody have any ideas how to sort this out please?? I have mailed customer services and they haven't got back to me - or maybe they have and it never arrived! biggrin.gif
