Anyone used discountedstampsforpostage.co.uk?

They really have cheap stamps, cheaper than buying anywhere else and with free delivery;
Obviously the reason why i am asking on here is because it may not be a genuine website, there are contact details as well as an address so it may be a proper company.
Anyone had any luck with them?

I did gamble on buying stamps once from a website like that, I'm sorry I can't remember if it was actually that one or not but basically what I got for my money was an odd collection of unfranked second class stamps that had been soaked off envelopes (which is what I always do with unfranked stamps that come my way - got loads at Christmas!) and had to be glued when I used them. I don't send many letters these days so find I rarely have to buy stamps now.
Possibly they print the stamps or whatever. The address given shows a cottage in a village, don't see any "despatch department" there, unless it is in another country, then the time lag would make sense.
Have had to contact my bank to retrieve the money. Still waiting though. I don't think I'll be going anywhere this site again any time soon.
Shockingly awful service. I'd rather pay full price at the local Post Office than waste time chasing these people for order status updates and refunds. I can confidently say this site is NOT worth using.
If paid using credit or debit card then I would be looking at doing a chargeback to get your money back. There is a time limit for chargebacks so don't let it to go past these.

Time limit There is a time limit on chargeback claims - typically 120 days - which starts from the day you become aware of a problem. There is also an overall cut off point of 540 days for Visa chargeback. Therefore, your deadline for requesting a chargeback is 120 days from discovering you have a problem, or 540 days from the transaction date, whichever comes first.
Ordered £100 worth of stamps 2 months ago. They have promised guaranteed delivery dates which have long passed. States will refund when md returns from hols. Not holding my breath, classic scam
