I was looking for some help, If at all possible.

I am looking to invest some money in the FTSE World index. Or if not readily available, a mix of a UK and Overseas tracker fund.

As the above are passive funds, I don’t particularly want to pay active management costs with any share ISA provider.

Could someone direct me to a reasonably priced passive ISA provider?

Legal & General have an FTSE World (ex-UK) tracker fund, the International Index Trust. Several companies including them have UK index trackers. You can get an ISA through them directly. You could alternatively go through a discount broker like Hargreaves Lansdown. The main advantage to the latter route would be that you could mix and match funds from different providers if you wanted, as well as shares, ETF's or investment trusts. They don't give any discount on that fund, however they do discount most active managed funds.
