CP Plus Ltd - 2ND LETTER NOW IN RED!

Hi All.
I had a Parking notice from CP PLUS for a parking offence in July.
After advise, i ignored the letter, and didnt respond or call them.
Yesterday, the 2nd letter has landed now with a BIG RED STAMP reading:-
PARKING CHARGE NOTICE
**FINAL REMINDER BEFORE LEGAL ACTION**
Failure to pay the full outstanding balance within 7 days of the date of this notice could result in the outstanding being registered as a debt against you in the County Court. A warrant may then be issued to baliffs to recover payment. You will also become liable for the additional fees of the County Court and the baliffs together with any legal costs and interest involved.
So, what can i expect next folks.
I cant lie, i am a little worried.

Interesting reading as I have had a similar experience with the same company.
1st letter explaining the offence and the £80 fine reduced to £50 if I paid within a set time.
2nd Red letter full of threats.
I've just received my 3rd letter headed LEGAL ACTION PENDING. £80 now increased to £120 (£40 collection and admin fee).
Legal and court costs, Solicitors, Bailiffs, County Court, Ability to obtain credit in the future. All these were mentioned in the letter.
My reaction is no action appart from filing letter 3 with the other 2.

Had the first letter a while ago. Now got the 2nd letter from TPS stating (in RED) **FINAL REMINDER BEFORE LEGAL ACTION**.
