Age Concern is in the process of launching a new membership club called Heyday. It will cost £20 per year and is aimed mainly at 50-65 year olds.

Not all details have been released yet - the new website is up and running but incomplete at:

http://www.heyday.org.uk/

As well as a lobbying group, it promises various discounts - Asda and Waitrose are 2 big names already on board.

Time will tell if the savings are worth the annual fee.
