Nappies - have just started using them and so far they are great (no leakages!) and a good bit cheaper than Tescos own brand. Friends swear by them.
Weatabix
Jam (conserve- the small square jars) - not cheap cheap (i think about 75p) but good quality and verging on as good as home made jam - the strawberry anyway!.
dishwasher tablets and general cleaning products/cloths
Frozen pizza
that's the main things I go in for that I can think of at the moment.
Red grape juice in cartons (their white grape juice is not quite as good)
Orange juice with bits, in plastic bottles (in the fridge).
Benefit breakfast cereal (better than Tesco's own Special Flakes and even the mighty Special K).
Pesto - various types, but all very good.
Their beer & wine are normally excellent value, but cider is a bit tasteless.
Sliced meats.
Jams (normally 50% fruit)
Lidl:
Chocolate is fabulous, particularly their Bellarom milk chocolate Fruit and Nut (no almonds, only chestnuts).
Jams (normally 50% fruit)
