Hi,
I am having great difficulty getting redemption cheques from this company, (also known as Direct Fone Warehouse).
I sent off my first bill for redemption by recorded delivery, chased them up 4/5 weeks later and was told they hadnt received it, so I had to pay Royal Mail for proof of delivery and faxed this off to them which they confirmed receipt of and said it would be 28 days to process. Six weeks later chased them again to say it would be 7/10 days for payment. When I pointed out they had said 28 days previously, she got quite snotty and said it was 28 WORKING days! It was only when I got off the phone that I realised they had had longer than 28 working days from receipt of my fax! It is costing me a fortune in 0870 charges to keep chasing them as emails go unanswered, I really feel I am being ripped off :mad: And I still have two more redemptions to claim for!
Any one else have any experience of them?
